ADMISSION GUIDELINES

 

 

Admission Test/Interview

 

Subjects for admission test will be as follows:-

Class Nursery to UKG

Oral Test

Class I

Oral Test/Interview

Class II – V

One composite paper of 100 marks 

including English (35), Hindi (30) and Maths (35)

Class VI – X

one composite paper of 100 marks including English (25), Hindi (25) Maths (25) and General Science (25)

Class XI

No admission test will be conducted for admission to class XI. However, the admission to class XI will be   

based on the class X board result.

Filling of Admission Form

 

1. Based on the availability of the vacancies, the parents of the students will be issued the admission form strictly in order of the merit.

 

2. The parents will ensure the following while submitting the admission form to the reception/ admission clerk:-

 

(a) All the columns in the admission form have been filled completely.

(b) The Date of Birth filled in the admission form is correct as per the TC and the birth certificate attached.

(c) The original TC duly countersigned by appropriate authority authenticating that the last school where the pupil studied is recognized institution has been attached along with admission form.

(d) The certificate from the Commanding Officer of the Unit regarding date of reporting (for mid term transfer only) has been attached with the admission form.

(e) The medical fitness certificate has been endorsed on the admission form by authorized medical practitioner.

(f) Date of Birth Certificate

 

(i)

For serving personnel - The date of birth certificate with a copy of Part II order be duly  signed by Commanding Officer of the respective Unit.            

(ii)

For Civilians - The Date Of Birth Certificate will be duly stamped and signed from    Municipal Committee. 

(iii)

For Ex-Serviceman - Copy of service book duly attested by Zila Sainik Board

 

(g) The photocopy of the progress report card of previous class should be attached.

(h) The salary/employment certificate for Civil defence personnel should be attached.

(i) The photocopy of registration card and school based evaluation certificate in original in respect of students who are seeking admission in class IX & X after July should be attached.

(j) The migration certificate in original by students seeking admission in class XI from other board should be attached.

(k) The photocopy of detailed marks card of class X duly attested to be submitted by the students seeking admission in class XI from other board.

(l) The passport size photograph of the child has been pasted on the admission form.

 

School Academic Session & Timings

 

The school academic session will be from 1st April to 31ST March of the following year. School timings will be as under:-

Summer

07:50 am to 02:10 pm            

Winter

08:20 am to 02:40 pm

 

Deposition of Fee

 

The parents will deposit fee within a week after the declaration of result of admission test, failing which the name of the child will be struck off from the Admission List.

1. Fee payments are to be made online through APS DigiCamp 2.0 website www.erp.awesindia.edu.in  only. 

2. Student login credentials will be provided by the school on admission of your ward.

3. Fee to be paid on a quarterly basis as per the Fee Structure. 

4. Parents have the flexibility to use various payment methods including credit/debit cards, UPI Google Pay, PhonePe, etc.

5. Late fee charges will be applicable for payments made after the due date. It is advised to adhere to the specified deadlines to avoid additional charges.
